美國總統就職宣誓

美國總統就職宣誓（英語：Oath of office of the president of the United States），是美國總統就職時所作的宣誓或誓詞。美國憲法第二條第一節第八節規定了宣誓的措辭，新總統在行使或履行任何官方權力或職責之前必須宣誓。

首席大法官約翰·羅伯茨於2021年1月20日主持喬·拜登的總統就職宣誓。

該條款是憲法中的三個宣誓或確認條款之一，但是唯一實際指定必須說出的詞語的條款。第一條第三款要求參議員在審理彈劾案時必須“宣誓或確認”。第六條第三款同樣要求其中規定的人員“受宣誓或聲明的約束，支持本憲法”^[1]。總統宣誓要求的不僅僅是效忠和忠誠的一般宣誓。該條款要求新總統宣誓或申明：「我将尽我所能，维护、保护和捍卫合众国宪法」^[2]^[3]。

Before he enter on the Execution of his Office, he shall take the following Oath or Affirmation:—"I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States."^[4]

译文：總統在開始執行職務前，應作如下宣誓或代誓宣言：“我莊嚴宣誓（或宣言）我一定忠實執行合眾國總統職務，竭盡全力維護、保護和捍衛合眾國憲法”。^[5]^[6]
