Will Vinton
American animator (1947-2018)
William Gale "Will" Vinton (November 17, 1947 – October 4, 2018) was an American animator and filmmaker. He won an Oscar for his work and several Emmy Awards and Clio Awards. He was born in McMinnville, Oregon. Vinton was known for his works The California Raisins, The Adventures of Mark Twain and Return to Oz.

Vinton died of multiple myeloma in Portland, Oregon on October 4, 2018 at the age of 70.[1]
