The Overcoat (Russian: Шинель) is a 1959 Soviet drama movie directed by Aleksey Batalov.[1][2] It stars Rolan Bykov, Yuri Tolubeyev, and Aleksandra Yozhkina. The movie is based on Nikolai Gogol's story The Overcoat.
