Spencer County, Kentucky

Spencer County is a county in the U.S. state of Kentucky. As of the 2020 census, the population was 19,490.[1] Its county seat is Taylorsville.[2] The county was formed in 1824[3] and named for Kentucky's Captain Spier Spencer, who fought and died in the Battle of Tippecanoe.[4]
