Rod Driver
American politician
Rodney David "Rod" Driver (July 1, 1932 – January 16, 2022) was an American mathematician and politician. He was known for research on differential equations. He was a Democratic member of the Rhode Island House of Representatives from 1987 until 1995 and again from 2009 until 2011. Driver was born in London, England. Driver was a professor of mathematics at the University of Rhode Island.

Driver died on January 16, 2022 at a nursing home in East Greenwich, Rhode Island at the age of 89.[1]
