Prosciutto
Italian dry-cured ham
Prosciutto crudo, often just shorten to prosciutto, is a type of Italian ham. It involves a long curing process in which it is salted.[1] It is usually sliced thinly and served raw. Different regions of Italy have a different process and name for the food.
