Allan Gotlieb
Canadian diplomat
Allan Ezra Gotlieb CC OM (February 28, 1928 – April 18, 2020) was a Canadian public servant, author and lawyer. He served as the Canadian Ambassador to the United States from 1981 to 1989. He was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
On April 18, 2020, Gotlieb died due to cancer and Parkinson's disease in Toronto, Ontario. He was 92.[1]
