Adda (river)

The Adda is a river in northern Italy. It is a left tributary of the Po. The river has 313 km (194 mi) long.

The river starts in the Alps near the border with Switzerland and flows through Lake Como. Major cities on the Adda are: Bormio, Tirano, Sondrio, Lecco and Lodi. The main tributaries of the Adda are: Brembo, Serio and Mera.
