Its admeenistrative centre is the landwart locality (a selo) o Tarumovka.[1] Population: 31,683 (2010 Census);[3] 28,587 (2002 Census);[6] 30,854 (1989 Census).[7] The population o Tarumovka accoonts for 17.0% o the destrict's total population.[3]
