Ryazan Oblast

Ryazan Oblast (Roushie: Ряза́нская о́бласть, Ryazanskaya oblast) is a federal subject o Roushie (an oblast). Its admeenistrative centre is the ceety o Ryazan, which is the oblast's lairgest ceety. Population: 1,154,114 (2010 Census).[5]

Ryazan Oblast borders Vladimir Oblast (N), Nizhny Novgorod Oblast (NE), the Republic o Mordovie (E), Penza Oblast (SE), Tambov Oblast (S), Lipetsk Oblast (SW), Tula Oblast (W), an Moscow Oblast (NW).
