Belokalitvinsky Destrict (Roushie: Белокалитвинский райо́н) is an admeenistrative^[1] an municipal^[3] destrict (raion), ane o the fowerty-three in Rostov Oblast, Roushie. It is locatit in the centre o the oblast. The aurie o the destrict is 2,649.8 square kilometer (1,023.1 sq mi). Its admeenistrative centre is the toun o Belaya Kalitva.^[1] Population: 102,039 (2010 Census);^[4] 28,294 (2002 Census);^[7] 28,009 (1989 Census).^[8] The population of Belaya Kalitva accoonts for 42.8% o the destrict's total population.^[4]
