അന്താരാഷ്ട്രസുധീരവനിതാപുരസ്കാരം (The International Women of Courage Award) എന്നത് അമേരിക്കയിലെ ആഭ്യന്തരമന്ത്രാലയം പലമേഖലയിലും നേതൃത്വം, ധീരത, മിടുക്ക്, മറ്റുള്ളവർക്കായി ത്യാഗം ചെയ്യൽ, പ്രത്യേകിച്ചും സ്ത്രീകളുടെ അവകാശങ്ങൾക്കുവേണ്ടി ഇങ്ങനെയുള്ളവയ്ക്ക് നൽകുന്ന ഒരു പുരസ്കാരമാണ്.

ചരിത്രം
ഈ പുരസ്കാരം 2007 -ൽ അമേരിക്കയിൽ അന്നത്തെ അമേരിക്കൻ സ്റ്റേറ്റ് സെക്രട്ടറിയായിരുന്ന കോൻടോലീസ്സ റൈസ്[1] അന്താരാഷ്ട്രാവനിതാദിനത്തിൽ എല്ലാവർഷവും മാർച്ച് 8 -ന് ഏർപ്പാടുചെയ്യുന്നരീതിയിൽ കൊണ്ടുവന്നതാണ്. ഓരോ രാജ്യത്തെയും അമേരിക്കൻ എംബസിക്ക് ഓരോ വനിതകളെ നാമനിർദ്ദേശം ചെയ്യാവുന്നതാണ്.[2]
