Inocybe (Fr.) Fr., Monographia Hymenomycetum Sueciae 2: 346 (1863) è un genere di funghi appartenenti alla famiglia Inocybaceae. È un genere molto omogeneo, quindi è difficile distinguere le specie senza l'ausilio del microscopio. Sono funghi terricoli, generalmente di piccola taglia.

Cappello
umbonato, fibrilloso, con velo generale non distinto dalla cuticola su cui si forma una fugace cortina marginale.

molto vario, a volte spermatico, altre volte fruttato (es.: pere), oppure di mandorla, di terra, di pesce etc.
