Mahmud Kanti Bello representing Katsina North and Abu Ibrahim representing Katsina South won on the platform of All Nigeria Peoples Party, while Umar Ibrahim Tsauri representing Katsina Central won on the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party.[1][2][3]
