This submission appears to read more like an advertisement than an entry in an encyclopedia. Encyclopedia articles need to be written from a neutral point of view, and should refer to a range of independent, reliable, published sources, not just to materials produced by the creator of the subject being discussed. This is important so that the article can meet Wikipedia's verifiability policy and the notability of the subject can be established. If you still feel that this subject is worthy of inclusion in Wikipedia, please rewrite your submission to comply with these policies.

It still reads like an advertisement and essay. Please review MOS:LEAD and WP:YFA.

The comment the reviewer left was:
I think this does deserve a Wikipedia article and would encourage further work on it. At present, though, the draft is a little confused - is it about the product or the history of the firm? I would make it more about the product, so "Termination", which seems to be about the firm going into receivership, should not be a separate section. I want to know what came of the Navy contract. The footnotes need to be improved, and I would suggest using the template "cite news" for newspaper articles. I'm not sure what footnote 1 refers to, but Harry Hoch should probably be mentioned in the article text. I have added a lead section and made a few other stylistic changes, but this is not yet ready for publication.

This submission's references do not show that the subject qualifies for a Wikipedia article—that is, they do not show significant coverage (not just passing mentions) about the subject in published, reliable, secondary sources that are independent of the subject. Before any resubmission, additional references meeting these criteria should be added (see technical help and learn about mistakes to avoid when addressing this issue). If no additional references exist, the subject is not suitable for Wikipedia.
