I will probably accept this draft, and the removal of the WP:FANCRUFT can take place in article space. There already is an article for one of the characters. The AFD had to do with a list, and the comments in the AFD seem consistent with adequately developed character articles.
@Robert McClenon: I apologise if it's out of place to comment on a draft review, but I would strongly argue against accepting this draft. The notability here seems to be entirely inherited, both from Grand Theft Auto V and Trevor Philips. The "Character design" section (almost entirely copied from the Development article) consists of seven sources: four about the game, and three about Trevor with peripheral mentions of Michael. The "Reception" section has one useful quote from a game review, but the two others are simply about his relationship (or comparison to) Trevor (one of which literally comes from a review of Trevor). All other sources are primary. The character is not independently notable and I would suggest declining the draft outright. I should also add that the AfD only had one (weak) mention of separate character articles. – Rhain☔23:04, 14 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]
