A merge was proposed by an editor in January 2015 but a discussion was never created. I think the merge is a good idea and it has sat untouched for a year. So I am going to perform the merge now. AtHomeIn神戸 (talk) 01:10, 20 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]
"Conference paper management" isn't a term that you'll normally find in the industry. It's usually "abstract management" and sometimes "paper management". That's all. Andyjsmith (talk) 18:18, 19 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]
