Oppose UK by-elections use the format year-constituency-by-election. A comparable format is for those in the US such as 2022 Indiana's 2nd congressional district special election, which I am not against. However these countries have articles for individual elections and so can maintain the same format between different by-election articles. Not the case for Taiwan. Support per nominator. The new title is more WP:PRECISE on the topic as a by-election in Taichung, and is in line with the 2013 Taichung by-election article. The current title is misleading: It is not an article about a general Taiwanese legislative by-election, but simply about a single seat in Taichung.
