Esopo

Esopo (seculos VII-VI a.C.; [e-só-po]; Αἴσωπος) esseva un personage legendari a qui on attribue un serie de fabulas. Iste fabulas es breve narrationes protagonisate per animales, de character allegoric e de contento moral. Secundo le tradition, Esopo esseva un servo, forsan de origine phrygian, qui habitava le insula de Samos e cognosceva Creso, rege de Lydia, e visitava Athenas durante le regno de Pisistrato.
