Fraudulent claim of own work. It's clearly taken from page 102 of this document, where it is credited "Author's collection", the author being John Gough. That document is not licensed Creative Commons, so the CC-BY-SA 3.0 license on the image is also fraudulent. Same user had previously uploaded two copies of this image to Commons (see here and here), both of which were deleted as copyright violations.
