The result of the discussion was: Kept for now, pending receipt of OTRS ticket. Diannaa (talk) 18:15, 26 October 2013 (UTC)
- I suspect that this is the same photo as the one here, but with different visual effects. Stefan2 (talk) 14:07, 14 October 2013 (UTC)
- As an owner of the photo, I have informed the OTRS that I agree to publish that work under the free license "Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 3.0. I have also added the tag {{OTRS pending}} to the image file description. Is there anything else that should be done to ensure the image doesn't get deleted on Oct 21? Thanks Sautekai (talk) 14:48, 15 October 2013 (UTC)

- Image was orignially marked as non-free and discussed at Non-free content review where it was shown that the file has no proof of being in the public domain. The file was also deleted from Commons Commons:Commons:Deletion requests/File:Joymati6.jpg in July for not being able to prove that although the photo is from 1934, it may not have been published before 1953. Source is a deadlink to an old geocities website. For this file to be in the public domain in the US, it would have needed to be published in India prior to 1941, and once again there is no evidence. The uploader, Dr. Blofield, seems to disagree with all of the above information and has reverted an CSD F5 nomination changing the license to PD-India without evidence that it actually is. -- ТимофейЛееСуда. 20:01, 14 October 2013 (UTC)
- Delete There is no evidence of pre-1941 publication. --Stefan2 (talk) 21:17, 14 October 2013 (UTC)
