A great image I stumbled upon, and my main question is whether or not I should remove the dust speckles or leave the original historical version? Staxringold talkcontribs 16:30, 16 June 2006 (UTC)
- I'd suggest cloning out the obvious dust/hairs/dirt, especially in the sky where it stands out and is particularly distracting. Also, I'd suggest a bit of subtle levels/contrast work. I could give it a go this evening if somebody else doesn't work on it before then. -- moondigger 18:09, 16 June 2006 (UTC)
My edit is shown below. The Washington Monument was not vertical, so besides the changes I suggested previously, I rotated the image 1.5 degrees CCW and made a few other tweaks. -- moondigger 15:36, 18 June 2006 (UTC)
