  • Stefan2, I'm pretty sure it was marked CC-BY-SA 4.0 by the uploader before it was deleted. It was also using erroneously the NFC tag/rationale templates alongside the CC tag. Likely flickrwashing of the license. The image is from a Flickr account whose photostream consist of only this one photograph uploaded 6 June 2018. Image was previously used in a blog from 2011. • Delete -- Agree with nominator's assessment. A professional photographer has a Flickr account with a single public domain photo? I don't think so. The uploader has had recent uploads of this subject(File:Perfumer of Jackon.png and File:Perfumer of Jackon's.png) deleted as clear copyright violations. This appears to be more deception.
