Not notable, and also promotional. Does not meet WP:GNG, as there are insufficient independent reliable sources providing significant coverage of STAND (Students Taking Action Now: Darfur). The two sources cited in the article do not mention the organization at all, and an online search did not reveal significant coverage from non-local sources beyond one page in the book Not on Our Watch.
