Doesn't appear to meet the WP:GNG as written. I was only able to find a few articles, mainly this list article, and a few others which say she was added to an updated version of Dengeki Bunko Fighting Climax. - Delete: Fails GNG with no significant coverage. As an aside the other characters linked in the info box (Toma Kamijo) and (Mikoto Misaka) should probably be put up for AFD as well. Their articles read like WP:PROMO WP:FANCRUFT to me with minimal sourcing and what is there is trivial or routine coverage you can expect from just about any fictional character from a popular media.Macktheknifeau (talk) 18:35, 28 September 2023 (UTC)
- Redirect. Memorable side character for fans, arguably - but not encyclopedic material, not as it is written, nothing in my BEFORE. There is half a paragraph of academic analysis/plot summary here. I also found "A Certain Scientific Railgun: 10 Things You Never Knew About Kuroko Shirai" listicle on CBR, but that's low quality source.
