@Qwertyxp2000: ISTM that headers and footers are parts of pages, not sites. All of Wikipedia is a single website, comprising hundreds of thousands of pages. There is no "bottom section of" Wikipedia itself, but its pages have bottom sections.
BTW, although I'm sure you'd've found it yourself, you have
- a website footer is a the bottom section of a website
