• USS NAME (XX-NUMBER1) was a CLASS1-class TYPE1, launched in YEAR11 and struck in YEAR12.

• USS NAME (XX-NUMBER2) was a CLASS2-class TYPE2, launched in YEAR21 and struck in YEAR22.
