revdel-responder is a user script to help admins respond to {{Copyvio-revdel}} requests. It's useful with Enterprisey's url-select-revdel.
Installation
- Option 1: With Enterprisey's script-installer, go to User:The Earwig/revdel-responder.js and use the "Install" link at the top.
- Option 2: Go to Special:MyPage/common.js and add:
importScript('User:The Earwig/revdel-responder.js'); // [[User:The Earwig/revdel-responder.js]]
Usage
Go to Category:Requested RD1 redactions (CAT:RD1) and visit any page. You should see some new buttons at the bottom of the {{Copyvio-revdel}} template:
Jump to the page history, with revisions highlighted using url-select-revdel if installed. Using Change visibility of selected revisions from the history will set the visibility and fill in the reason for you.
Compare the oldest revision with first the source URL, if given, using Earwig's Copyvio Detector.
Remove the template, for use after the revdel has been completed. Does not actually perform the revdel,[1] but will warn you if it hasn't been done.
Decline the revdel request, with an optional reason.
Delete the page, defaulting to CSD G12, for cases where the copyvio is inextricable from the article. |
