The untitled A Simple Favor sequel is an upcoming American black comedy crime thriller film directed by Paul Feig. It is the direct sequel to A Simple Favor (2018).

Cast

It was announced in May 2022 that Amazon Studios and Lionsgate had greenlit a sequel to the 2018 film, with Paul Feig returning to direct, and Anna Kendrick and Blake Lively reprising their roles.^[1] The project would be again confirmed in March 2024, with Henry Golding and Andrew Rannells among the cast also reprising their roles from the first film,^[2]^[3] and Allison Janney among the new additions to the cast.^[4]

Principal photography began in late March 2024.^[3] It was previously set to begin in Fall 2023 in Capri, Italy.^[5] Filming wrapped on May 26, 2024.^[6]
