Toghroljerd Rural District (Persian: دهستان طغرل الجرد) is in Toghroljerd District of Kuhbanan County, Kerman province, Iran.[3] It is administered from the city of Kian Shahr.

At the National Census of 2006, its population was 1,200 in 387 households.[4] There were 674 inhabitants in 196 households at the following census of 2011.[5] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 1,350 in 387 households. The most populous of its 63 villages was Khanmakan, with 454 people.[2]
