EVF Purchase Date

The person at EVF who organized the purchase of the property has directly stated that the purchase occurred in April 2022. However, the New Yorker article incorrectly says that the purchase happened "last year" in an article that was published in August 2022. In the interest of keeping Wikipedia info accurate, I've changed the purchase date by EVF to "2022" instead of "2021" on the Wikipedia page. But I'm not sure that including the source above is appropriate, since it is a primary source forum post, not a third party source, which Wikipedia generally requires. Hopefully the New Yorker piece will update their article with the corrected information soon and the listed source can stay as is. But if they don't update their article, we will need to use a different source for the EVF purchase date line in the Wikipedia article. — Eric Herboso 04:41, 12 December 2022 (UTC)
