I'm just wondering if it might be more apt to state that he was the first Black man to test an F1 car, instead of the first African American to test?

Both statements would be accurate, but I think the latter statement leaves some ambiguity over whether there had been other Black driver from outside the USA. The pool of F1 drivers is quite global, so this possibility seems fairly probable. 213.107.86.176 (talk) 15:22, 29 May 2022 (UTC)
