Promotional?

It's just another housing development; I don't see any evidence of notability. Other than that, my biggest concern is that the mention of the school districts, who represents the school district zone, etc., seemed to be tacitly advertising: "At Willowick Place, your kids will go to a fancy school in an upscale district without any tacky little working-class brats around them".
