In the section about faculty pay, the table has assistant professor ranking higher than associate. Is this the case with MSU? I ask because at most colleges it is the other way around. Freddiem (talk) 11:35, 2 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]
I did that table, I messed up, my bad! You are correct, and the source had it correct, and I did it wrong. It's now corrected in the text. - Tim1965 (talk) 14:17, 2 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Tim, thanks for your quick response. I don't often leave messages on talk pages because in 99% of the cases I never get a response. The few messages I have left are still sitting there months sometimes years later. The first thing I did was check the source, and it turned out to be a 404. So not being sure I did not want to make the edit. Anyhow, 1965 was a big year for me too. I was looking at your user page and noticed your academic background and interests. I used to work in DC and lived in Arlington, VA so I was wondering if you knew why Arlington is still a county and not an independent city. I'm also a big believer in organized labor and am interested in politics and places. Take care. Freddiem (talk) 20:24, 2 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]
