I am unconvinced this is truly a disambiguation page. The links on the page are not examples of different uses of the term 'vagal maneouvre'; they are examples OF vagal maneuvres. Vagal maneuvres has a definition of its own which applies to all of the examples.

The line about over-stimulation of the vagus nerve causing fainting could also go in the physiology section.

Overall impressions:The additions made to this page are great. I think the lead could be a little longer but otherwise the content, especially the physiology section, is strong. There is one line in the physiology section that says citation needed.
