Analog Electronics and Device Physics Fields Rankings

When I was doing deciding on which universities i should apply for, I did some extensive research on every UC's college of engineering. I never saw that, "The Electrical and Computer Engineering Department is notably strong in the analog electronic and device physics fields, where it ranks 5th and 7th in the nation, respectively." If you have, please cite the source.
