accusations of vanadlism

Just to clarify, I dont consider it wrong to state that Shorts-Bombardier "downsized considerably over the last few years".I noticed it was removed, then replaced. But to prevent a war of words, my take is, it is:1) a fact2) a considerable factor in the Government support of Titanic Quarter
