Names of Szolnok in other languages

Since there seems to be some disagreement about if alternative names for Szolnok should be included in the first line or not, I'll suggest a compromise: leaving out the names in the first line and adding a "Names" section later. I got this idea from looking at pages of several other Hungarian cities (Pécs, Eger, Szeged) that are set up this way. Any objections? Emika22 (talk) 17:32, 17 February 2010 (UTC)

Have they got any relevance? That was why I deleted those names because Romanians and Russians have never ever been lived to the town.--Nmate (talk) 18:54, 17 February 2010 (UTC)
It was an improtant strategic point during both the Soviet and the Romanian invasion (an the other invasions, war of independence etc.), and Szolnok did not have a more inportant German poplation than Russian or Romanian either. I don't think not having a significant Russian/Romanian population would be enough to not even mention the town's other names. - Matthew Beta (talk) 07:58, 18 February 2010 (UTC)
Yes, I agree: I don't think population is the question, but historical importance. I'm adding the "Names" section now... Emika22 (talk) 16:46, 18 February 2010 (UTC)
Emika, would you be as kind as to prove that Debrecen has a small Slovak population by a source?--Nmate (talk) 19:47, 18 February 2010 (UTC)
Of course :) Please see: this page from nepszamlalas.hu. I assume you can read Hungarian? If not, I can find you the English page also. Emika22 (talk) 08:49, 19 February 2010 (UTC)
Do as many as 54 Slovaks live in the city? I was stupefied when informing about the relevance of the Slovak alternative name of the city by your proof. Would you mind reading WP:NCGN? Thank you very much.--Nmate (talk) 12:12, 20 February 2010 (UTC)
54? According to the statistics above its more than a hundred! Which is quite high as Slovak is a young nation. - Matthew Beta (talk) 15:32, 20 February 2010 (UTC)
Yes, I took their sum. May I misunderstand something? - Matthew Beta (talk) 13:34, 11 March 2010 (UTC)
