Does not look like a Kashmiri Pandit but more like a Bapha Sikh. Most Sikhs on the Kashmir Valley are recent arrivals from Jammu and Punjab and do not have Central Asian roots like the Kashmiri Brahmins and most Kashmiri Muslims. As ususl disinformation to create a confusion in the Indian society by foreign agencies.
