Parents Nationality

In an interview for Clarin, the editor states/writes both of Ozuna's parents are Dominican [1]. Other sources say his father is Dominican and her mother Puertorican. [2][3][4] Cornerstonepicker (talk) 13:16, 3 November 2018 (UTC)

This New York Times article says his father is Dominican and mother Puerto Rican (https://www.nytimes.com/2017/09/03/arts/music/ozuna-odisea-latin-pop.html). I think enough sources state this that we can assume Clarin committed an error. Basilisk4u (talk) 23:43, 15 April 2020 (UTC)
@Basilisk4u: Ok, Clarin might have committed an error, but what about the other sources @Cornerstonepicker: mentioned?? 71.208.32.185 (talk) 01:23, 5 December 2020 (UTC)

Extortion

Kevin Fret's mother has openly accused Ozuna and his manager of ordering Kevin's murder, although neither were named as suspects.

List of awards and nominations received by Ozuna

As you see, I created the specific and complete article for his awards. So of course there's no need to have this table here! Only a summary of them is needed. Just like any other artists with the same articles. آرمین هویدایی (talk) 14:05, 7 October 2019 (UTC)

Article Scope

Writing his songs in the scope isn't necessary. And actually this part is too crowded and too old. Now his most successful hits are "Taki Taki", "Te Boté" and "China". Some of his songs such as "Diles", "Que Va" or "La Ocasión" aren't really counted as his biggest hits but they are written in the scope and his more successful songs aren't!His number of awards in the scope are also not updated and now they're false.

We have both Discography and Awards articles and specific sections in this exact article. Summary of them should be written there and there's no need to write many of his songs (which are not even his biggest hits!!) in the top of the page which makes the article boring! آرمین هویدایی (talk) 03:34, 8 October 2019 (UTC)His songs are inspirational to many people. Many people look up to him.

REFS

  • Elias Leight of Rolling Stone included him along Balvin and Karol G as "global hit-makers" with reggaeton and trap songs: source
  • "100 most influential people of 2019" by Time [5]
  • The future is Ozuna: "Is the first major Latin artist to pursue a different strategy in Anglo markets" [...] Traditionally, most artists in Ozuna’s position would have signed to a specific label. Instead, Sony went all in with one global deal, signaling that the joint deals Latin artists have made in the past may be outmoded for some artists.

- "Most weeks at No. 1 on Billboard’s Top Latin Albums chart (male)" (with Odisea)- "Most-watched artist on YouTube" (he had record as of 2018)- "Artist with the most videos to reach one billion views on YouTube (7) - "The most Billboard Latin Music Award nominations for a single artist in a single year" (2019) - "The most Billboard Latin Music Award wins for a single artist in a single year" (2019)

Forgot something really important!!

I am really disappointed because Ozuna is half Dominican. 2603:7000:A300:2512:1D53:F4D1:CEA0:E4FC (talk) 15:17, 3 July 2022 (UTC)
