I bet the more common name is oats, not oat. ---- Frans Fowler (talk) 01:22, 23 June 2024 (UTC)

It's usually singular when speaking of the plant, and plural when speaking of food. Chiswick Chap (talk) 13:41, 23 June 2024 (UTC)
