The last sentence of this entry appears to be in error.

The footnoted source states not that white possums were found, but that brown possums were found:

“Researchers say they have discovered three brown lemuroid ringtail possums living in the Daintree National Park, on Cape York, although the Daintree possums were believed to have been killed off during a heatwave in 2005.” —Preceding unsigned comment added by 208.65.51.251 (talk) 00:52, 26 January 2011 (UTC)
