There is a standard format for the titles of articles on monarchs, and there is no reason for Emperor Kotoku to be exempt from this. Just as Emperor Go-Toba of Japan and Richard II of England are listed as such, so should this article be moved back to "Emperor Kotoku of Japan". LordAmeth 12:08, 19 August 2005 (UTC)
