Not done With the exception of listing Birdsong as GM for 1996 to 1998 (which I've added, even though no sources exist to verify the specific dates), none of the other staff merit mention in the article. We do not generally list the entire front-office staff of sports teams unless those people are themselves notable for other accomplishments. WikiDan61ChatMe!ReadMe!! 21:08, 2 March 2023 (UTC)
Hi wikiDan61
thank you. Here is link confirming the dates from the Denver Post https://extras.denverpost.com/xplosion/xplo1223a.htm
The other materials sent confirm Sheryl Estes as the inaugural coach and I am hopeful she can be added for history to be more complete for the CX.
Additionally, the link below with a search on the Xplosion shows some of the material donated.

If it could be added to the resource section that would be appreciated. Other teams have tried to locate a women’s pro team in town and have not been successful. The folks i have listed made this happen along with Mayor Wellington Webb and the sponsors we gathered. I do appreciate having this historic effort reflect the efforts of other if possible.
Thank you again WikiDan61

@Lebird66: I was not able to find any mention of Sheryl Estes in any of the links you provided. Could you be more specific than "the other materials sent" to let me know where I can find verification of Estes' role in the team. Also, the items donated to the History Colorado Collection appear to be mostly memorabilia, and do not significantly increase a reader's understanding of the topic, so that link is not entirely useful. History Colorado Collection and Archives for the Colorado Xplosion

The collection of the Colorado Xplosion material donated to History Colorado (https://5008.sydneyplus.com/HistoryColorado_ArgusNet_Final/Portal.aspx?lang=en-US )provides much more information than available on Wikipedia. As an example, there is a citation in the link, for a video of a game and video of an advertisement which an interested party could view by having this citation and going in person to request the material to view, if available.

As History Colorado continues to catalog Colorado Xplosion material, Interested parties will be able to review financials, see stock for the ABL, advertising strategies, players for all years, media guides for ABL teams, team uniforms, and more. The online link provides more information than the Wikipedia page provides. A historian interested in women’s sports would find this link a valuable resource to further their research in person. It is a valid link, from a highly esteemed organization providing in-depth information that is worthy of representation in the reference page. 71.218.110.44 (talk) 21:41, 4 March 2023 (UTC)

To clarify, the link provided leads to a search engine. If one searches for the term 'Xplosion', one will receive a number of historical archive records, including donated team jerseys and other memorabilia, as well as a link to a first-person testimonial from Lark Birdsong, the founder of the team. I have been in contact with Ms Birdsong on my user talk page (Lebird66[Notes 1]) and have expressed my opinion that I don't believe this is a useful link to add to the "External links" section of this page. I invite other editors to weigh in on this discussion to achieve consensus. WikiDan61ChatMe!ReadMe!! 12:47, 6 March 2023 (UTC)
