This doesn’t read correctly as it wasn’t the ‘summer of love’ that was emerging as the signature hippie locale, it was Haight-Ashbury:
“Manson established himself as a guru in San Francisco's Haight-Ashbury district, during which the "Summer of Love" was emerging as the signature hippie locale.”
Change to:
“Manson established himself as a guru in San Francisco's Haight-Ashbury district which, during the "Summer of Love", was emerging as the signature hippie locale.” OldGreg77 (talk) 04:42, 26 September 2023 (UTC)
The 'early life' section says "in an attempt to life honestly". That is a typo. "Life" should be changed to "live" SenatorMS (talk) 20:48, 17 December 2023 (UTC)
