Why is the neutrality of this article disputed? Can someone provide a link to the talk page about it? 220.245.8.52 (talk) 11:39, 11 April 2011 (UTC)

According to this article, Victoria has the one of the most permissive abortion laws in the world, and a woman can spend several years in prison for having an abortion. Can someone who knows about the current and past state of the law deal with this? –Roscelese (talk ⋅ contribs) 04:42, 25 October 2012 (UTC)
This article is a mess. The Abortion Law Reform Act was passed in 2008 and actually amended the 1958 Crimes Act to repeal provisions in the act relating to abortion. The 2008 act abolished common law offences relating to abortion. I wish someone with a legal background would give this page a thorough edit, because at the moment it's a disgrace. ˜˜˜˜ — Preceding unsigned comment added by Pastormaker (talk • contribs) 11:29, 9 April 2013 (UTC)
