Almost it can not find any detail message about military regions of Vietnam from Internet writting by English. The content of "7th Military Region (Vietnam People's Army)" is from the corresponding article of Vietnamese wiki. "7th Military Region (Vietnam People's Army)" is notable and important of course. It includes several infantry divisions, provisional military commands, tens of thousands personnel. Especially, troops of 7th Military Region took part in the famous battle of Fall of Saigon. Thanks.
