But Lula's speech is what on Wikipedia is considered a [[WP:PRIMARY]] source. We generally want editors (us) to use [[WP:SECONDARY]] sources so that we editors don't pick and choose which parts of the primary source to represent or talk about or interpret. Interpretation or choosing which lines to quote from a primary source is what we are supposed to let reporters (who have journalistic training) do. They are trained to tell the WHOLE story, from a balanced point of view.
