Domestic policies

Corruption

Considering Cayetano was one of the senators who led the investigation against Jejomar Binay,[3] Cayetano is an advocate for anti-corruption.[4][5]

Social Inequality

Cayetano believes Decentralization will spread economic growth, requiring government offices to be outside Manila.[4][6]

Climate change

Cayetano believes that disasters and climate change need multiple departments, considering he filed a bill for a new disaster department. [4]

Bangsamoro peace process

Cayetano is one of the biggest critics of the Bangsamoro Basic Law, believing that it would give more power to terrorist organizations.[4]
