Coaching career
After his playing career, Périon started as a coach. Among other things, he was in charge of Illzach's B team, which he left in December 2012.[3] After leaving Illzach, Périon only became a coach again ahead of the 2016-17 season, where he became the new manager of FC Hirtzbach.[4] However, he didn't last long in his new position, as he was fired in mid-October 2016.[5]
Ahead of the 2018-19 season, Périon became manager of CS Bourtzwiller.[6]
In 2023 Périon joined SR Colmar where he became the coach of the club's U-16 team and responsible for the club's academy. At the beginning of the 2023-24 season he also became coach of the club's reserve team.[7]
